  Our research institute utilizes transcriptomic data sourced from the SRA database. Through our processing pipeline, we analyze the raw data to derive gene expression data. Users have the ability to input their own sequences and obtain expression data for the gene ID most closely matching the species in our platform, achieved through optimal blast alignment. Additionally, we offer visual representation of the data through heatmaps, facilitating users in comprehending the data more conveniently and efficiently.
