The scent of flowers not only helps plants attract pollinating insects but also releases specific odors to repel natural enemies. By collecting volatile organic compounds from currently sequenced Asteraceae flowers, we have compiled 812 VOCs from 87 species. We screened 26,269 candidate genes potentially involved in the synthesis of these compounds. Users can search for compounds to obtain their Formula, CAS, Type, PubChem CID, Species, Literature, KO_Number, Gene_IDs, and Structural Formula Image.
