InterProScan Annotations
We annotated genes from 53 Asteraceae species and 6 outgroup species using Interproscan. By aligning protein sequences against 16 public databases, we obtained 23,959,751 functional annotation entries for 2,813,735 genes. Researchers can conveniently access annotation data including gene IDs, sequence lengths, analyzed databases, gene annotation information, start and stop positions, IPR numbers, and GO numbers.
