GO-annotations
We annotated genes from 52 Asteraceae species and 6 outgroups using Interproscan, generating a total of 23,648,117 annotation entries. Researchers can conveniently access annotation data including gene IDs, sequence lengths, analyzed databases, gene annotation information, start and stop positions, IPR numbers, and GO numbers.
