To visually illustrate the trajectory of ancient chromosomal rearrangements in Asteraceae and reveal chromosomal rearrangements associated with the origin of key traits, we visualized the karyotype evolutionary trajectories of the ancestral node and representative genera within Asteraceae. We provide 67 static images and 58 dynamic images of 29 ancestral nodes and 28 genera, vividly illustrating the 130 million years evolutionary history of AAGs.
